We're based in Moscow, Idaho and serve the Palouse region (Moscow/Pullman area) for in-person support within about 100 miles. For remote support — email, cloud services, network troubleshooting — we can help anyone, anywhere.

Pricing depends on the work. We offer hourly rates for one-off projects and monthly plans for ongoing support. We'll always give you a clear estimate before starting work — no surprises.

How quickly will you respond?

We respond to all help requests within one business day. For urgent issues, let us know in your message and we'll prioritize accordingly.

Do I need to know anything about technology to work with you?

Not at all. That's the whole point. We explain everything in plain language and never make you feel dumb for asking questions. Just tell us what's going on and we'll handle the rest.

How do I pay?

All payments are handled securely through Stripe. You'll receive an invoice by email with a link to pay online. Recurring clients can manage their billing through the Stripe Customer Portal.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

That's perfectly fine. Just submit a Get Help request and describe what's going on in your own words. We'll figure out the best approach together — no commitment, no pressure.

Yes. We help small businesses with everything from email and networking to security and strategy. We also help individuals with everyday tech problems — slow computers, Wi-Fi issues, account recovery, and more.

Absolutely. We collect only what we need to help you, and we never share your information. We will never ask for your password by email, and we will never request remote access without scheduling it with you first.
