All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.
Data retention
We retain your help request information for as long as needed to provide support and maintain a record of our services. You can request deletion of your data at any time by submitting a help request.
